Purolator Retail Agent

We are an authorized Purolator Retail Agent, as well as a local Purolator Drop Center for the Innisfail area.

If you get notifications from the Purolator automated system that your packages are available at our location, you can come in and pick up your packages, once you can provide the Purolator PIN (Package Identification Number), as well as your goverment issued photo I.D.

If you have packages to ship out, you can bring your package to our location, and we will be happy to arrange shipment with Purolator to any destination around the globe.

**NOTE** If you are attempting to return items to Amazon, and have been given only a QR code for Amazon 'Package Free Returns', Purolator does not authorize our location to accept these returns. Currently the Package Free Returns from Amazon have to be taken to the Purolator Ship Center, located at 115 Queens Drive in Red Deer.
